We'd hate for anyone to be disappointed in any of our products, but if you do find yourself unhappy with anything - please firstly let us know, so we can do our upmost to help you.

However, if you do decide you'd like to return an item, we will be happy to complete a return within 30 days of your purchase. Your item(s) must be in 'new condition' and undamaged - we will be unable to accommodate any refunds if it appears your item has been used or has been treated incorrectly.

We do not take responsibility for return postage, and the original postage cost will not be included within refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will happily swap it for another scent of your choosing. Once again, we will only honour exchanges if your item has not been used or damaged.
